of course, taking them in to a photo shop is always an option, but for alot of photos, it becomes more cost-effective to buy your own scanner. Was just wondering which was considered to have especially good color fidelity.

This is not an exploit, although it is not functioning as most people expect it to.
As has been discussed in other threads before, the login panel uses an old UNIX DES login encryption method. This system has always recognized a maximum of 8 characters, no matter how long your password is.
Hopefully in Panther, Apple will use one of the other, better encryption methods for the default login.

I also should mention that the clone was from another macBook that I'm trying to install in my new MacBook Pro (i7 quad).
We're beyond Winclone now it would seem.
Which Macbook was it that you took the image from? Windows doesn't usually like being relocated to new hardware (without SYSPREP) but when the machines are similar enough you might be able to get away with it.

Although it runs like dirt on my 3Gs, it is an absolutely great app and had to grab it for .99$ so I would have it when I upgrade to the next iPhone.
Also I have seen and played with this app on the iPad 2 and all I have to say is you could DJ the best house party ever with this app and your iPod music.

I check Amazon. The 4GB can really only be found with the bundle. You can get a stand alone 250 gig system.

Hi, I want to put some CD's that I purchased on my iTunes to put on my iPod. The only problem is that I am getting a new laptop soon, my BlackBook is dyeing.)))): Well, so far I have bought all my music on iTunes, but it's so expensive. I bought many CD's like I said, and I'm putting them on iTunes. When I plug the iPod into a new computer, it would ask me if I wanted to transfer my purchases. And everything that I bought would transfer. The songs that I got from other websites wouldn't transfer. But If I import the CD's through iTunes, will it still transfer to the new computer? Or do they have to be bought from iTunes?

For people that installed 4.3.3 on their iPhone 4s.....how is the upgrade? Is it better than 4.3.2? Does it help with animation stutter, lag and battery life?
I am contemplating whether to upgrade or not as the last two upgrades messed up my perfectly fine iP4 which was running like a champ on 4.2.X.

The first thing you need to confirm is that the logo is indeed in vector form when you open it in Illustrator and not just a bounding box indicating pixel-based art.
Toggle the keyboard shortcut Command + Y or go to the pulldown menu View > Outline (or alternatively Preview) to view your art in both modes.
If you have actual vector art, then check the following...
• Pulldown menu Window > Layers - are there any locked layers?
• Pulldown menu Object - is Unlock All in black? That would indicate an object has been locked.
Those would be two things to check.
