RFE and NOID come with a color sheet of paper with your details and some USCIS internal codes for your case. You can respond by yourself and put the sheet on top - this is for the mailroom to handle your case
If we do not use G28 to change representation from current lawyer hired by company, would all the notifications go just to the lawyer?

I have applied EAD renewal to AZ lock box. It was delivered on Mar 29. I have not got any receipt so far. Also check is not cashed.
Now it is 30 days and I should be able to call USCIS.
I have two questions:
1. Mail was sent with delivery confirmation, which confirms delivery on Mar 29. What if the package is lost there? Could I applying again? How USCIS treats two applications?
2. I have not received any receipt, except I have delivery slip from Post Office. In counting 90 days, is it taken based on receipt or based on Post Office slip?

will appreciate a reply ..I had changed my wifes last name to our married last name (in SSN). her EAD and 485 is in her maiden last name.
will this create an issue when we renew her EAD ? I wanted to renew with our married last name.

Ask your lawyer to inform USCIS about the name change.They will send all supporting documents like marraige certificate, drivers license etc. If you want to change it after getting the green card, you will have to file form I-90 and pay $300 fee.

that's only 14 countries, how was that suppose to work ?

Hello Freinds.
After a long wait of 8 years today i got an RFE i don't know what the RFE is all about and will be waiting to get the letter in the mail, do you know how much time does it takes for the paper RFE to come to your lawyer.
RFE was issued today but unlike the email which i got says the status on hold, thats strange

Anybody Travelled with only Advance Payrole through Frankfurt recently please post ?
where they will check for transit visa in usa while boarding or in frankfurt or in india while return ?
My nationality is Indian. Presently i am residing in USA . I have " Advance Payrole Document " . I am planning to travel in this February 2011 from " Atlanta -> Frankfurt -> India(Hyderabad) " and return is in May 2011 from " India(Hyderabad) -> Frankfurt -> Atlanta " in lufthansa airways.
So shall i go for this round trip with a valid " Advance Payrole Document " only ? or i need to have " Air Transit Visa ? If i need Air transit Visa could you please let me know how to apply and what documents i need to submit .
While pending i-485 if i applied for German airport transit visa is there any negative concerns because of that ?

So am I correct to assume that there is no need to renew the I-94 if one enters using the AP.. I am myself also planning to use my AP for re-entry later this year, but have the H1-B approval valid till 2011, so was a little confused as to if I would be needed to renew my new I-94 if it is issued for 1 year based on AP..

1. if i want to change my job then do i need to transfer my H1(my spouse's H4) and also need to file AC21?? so when the PD become current at that time this new company has to file for her 485/EAD/AP... is that correct??
It is correct that you need to maintain H1 status until your wife is on H4. If PD becomes current after you change job with H1 transfer, you just file for her 485/ead/ap. The new company does not do anything. 485 does not belong to the company, it belongs to you.
2. i am thinking another option that if she transfer her status from either F1 or H1 then- can i use my EAD for new job and when the PD become current at that time i will be able to add her for 485/EAD/AP from this new company??

H1, yes, F1 no. F1 is not a dual intent visa. So if she accepts F1 then there will be an issue in then adjusting status to permanent residence. I am not sure about this, maybe someone with more experience/knowledge can confirm/deny.

Another thought might be that the contacts on the lens isn't clean (or some other reason not making full contact).
Or just simply that the camera is broken. Have you spoken to Nikon or the shop where you bought the camera?

The problem is that I purchased the camera in Hong Kong few day ago and went back to my home country. I will not visit HK any time soon and the guarantee I received from the HK shop is not valid in any other country.
I have been told (since the last correspondence with alparsons above) that a common misshap with the D-100 is breaking the shutter glass/cover or mirror (I think) while attempting to attach a lense. I deeply hope that this is not the case since I will have to pay for it's repairment (3 days after spending about $1,400).
Any thoughts ?

Maybe you can give me my answer. I imported a file from Swift 3D, published, F12 to view, and then went control enter to view the size. After almost choking when I saw the size it added to my SWF (255K for a 7 letter word, spinning) I decided immediatley that was intolerable to my movie size requirements, and deleted the entire Swift 3D animation from my Movie. Took it out of the frames, the library, every place imaginable. And I was floored to find what it did to my Fla. It ruined it. My Fla went from 605K to 8.9 MEG. For all the various purposes of how I use an Fla, it is ruined. The ghost of that Swift 3D stays with my Fla even today. Like a cancer, cannot get rid of it. Can you tell me how to get it out so I can restore my Fla?
